The following action points have been discussion regarding the Zonal Youth Festival

1. Welcome of the Guest by Prof. (Dr.) M. Sen Gupta, Director, KIIT College of Education

2. The meeting was Chair by Dr. Anand Sharma, Asstt. Director Youth Welfare, M.D.

3. The dates for the festival was decided from 24th

September, 2013 at 11:00A.M.

to 26th

4. Medical Fitness certificate from M.B.B.S. Doctor is required from each participant.

5. Organizing Principal will invite the Judges for the festival and the list will be provided

from M. D. University, Rohtak

6. Western Music (Group & Solo), the dress will be blue jeans and white shirt.

7. Rural Zone may be taken as separate zone for Rural College.

8. No arrangements for the Night stay.

9. The Draw of Lots will be held on 17th

10. Both First and Second items will participate in the Inter Zonal Fest.

11. There will not be any organizing committee instead of Jury of Appeal will be there which

consist of (1) The Organizing Principal (2) Organizing Secretary (3) Principal, NBGSM,

Sohna, D.A.V. College, Faridabad Faridabad Principal Govt. College, Principal Govt.

College for Women, Salaheri. All the three Principals will have to present in all the three

12. A Judgment compilation committee will consist of (1) The Organizing Principal (2)

Organizing Secretary (3) Dr. Vidya Gupta, Govt. College, Hailey Mandi, Principal, Govt.

College, Hodal and Principal, Govt. College, Faridabad

13. There shall be no repetition of the event already presented.

14. All the required information regarding the Zonal Youth Festival shall be updated on the

website of the Organizing College i.e. www.kiit.in

16. The last date of entries is 17th October 2013 at KIIT Campus.
